The Envirotainer Operations department consists of Customer Service, Logistics, Damage Control, Service Network and Reliability & Cold Chain Solutions Services. Together ?we service the logistics needs of our customers, as well as ensure that fully functional containers are where they are needed and when they are needed. Not only do we deliver containers, we help the customers to plan and execute successful shipments.
To ensure reliable containers around the world, our Service Network are the key players when it comes the training in handling and inspections. They ensure our partners can deliver fully functional containers when the customer needs them.
Purpose of position
In the role of Station Manager, you are part of the Fleet and Network Management dept as one of the line managers responsible for Envirotainer’s owned and operated stations. You ensure that your station operates as efficiently and effectively as possible. The Envirotainer-owned stations, in turn, increase our presence in the regions and serve as centers of excellence for best-in-class management of our container fleet.
Your main tasks are to serve as the line manager for ground handling and repair technician teams at your station; to perform day-to-day workshop management tasks; to ensure regulatory compliance at your station; exercising financial controlling duties and maintaining cost control; long-term capabilities planning regarding staffing levels and recruitment, equipment purchases, and physical plant needs; conducting continuous process improvement work at your station in accordance with its role as an Envirotainer center of excellence; and providing input to Envirotainer headquarters.
You have formal personnel management responsibilities in the form of a ground handling team and repair technicians reporting directly to you. You also have formal budgetary responsibilities in the form of maintaining cost control and efficiency KPIs at your station.

Responsibilities
The role is part of Envirotainer Fleet and Network Management department which contributes to the overall performance of the Operations department and Envirotainer. Your main tasks are:
Line manager for ground handling and repair technician teams
You are a strong and actively involved line manager for all ground handling and repair technician staff at your station, ensuring that all instructions for inbound, repair, and outbound container processes are followed at the station. You meet with your staff daily to ensure that they have all necessary pre-requisites for succeeding in their jobs, and provide performance management follow-ups to ensure that they do succeed in their jobs. You conduct annual performance reviews with your employees. You ensure day to day that the ground handling and repair technicians operate as one high-functioning team, by promoting Envirotainer’s culture that encourages top performance and high morale within your team.
Workshop management
You are responsible for time management of your staff and efficient resource use within your station. This includes ensuring efficient daily plans for optimizing container throughput and securing the quality of repair and maintenance work, as well as weekly plans for overtime use to handle demand peaks. Your responsibilities also include ensuring availability of sufficient spare parts and other necessary items for day-to-day ground handling and repair work.
Regulatory compliance
You ensure that all relevant regulatory requirements for an aviation industry repair station are met. This includes possessing an understanding of and continuing education on all relevant FAA, EASA, or other local Civil Aviation Authority regulations. You participate in internal and external audits and quality control exercises. You perform duties as Certifying Staff when necessary to run operations.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Repair Technicians are directly responsible the following operations:
Repairs:
Perform the repair functions and ascertain that all repair station work is performed in compliance to established workmanship standards, and applicable specifications.
Provide continuity of repair sequence and assure completion of such when personnel assignment changes occur.
Ensure proper identification of all articles, equipment and materials.
Register properly the spare parts used to perform any repair.
Properly fill and register the work performed on each article, describing the labor type and the parts used in a current work order.
Ensure all practices, standards, and techniques approved by the repair station are performed in accordance with approved technical data and procedures specified in valid Repair manuals.
Ensure that serviceable articles and parts are handled in such away to prevent their re-use as serviceable products.
Module and parts repairs and refurbishment:
Ensure daily operation of Calibration laboratory and production of calibrated sensors to meet demand in the global network.
Responsibility for warehousing and the logistics for in and out going articles concerning the calibration laboratory.
Modules
Perform receiving inspection of incoming modules and components and ensuring proper warehousing of them.
Test, reprogramming, assembly and verification of parts or sub components to provide the network with spare parts.
Assist with container handling as required
o Load and unload equipment at station.
o Ensure Collection and Delivery of equipment in accordance with ECM instruction and procedures.
o ECM procedure compliance.
o Inspection of containers for airworthiness and functionality.
o Cleaning of containers in accordance with valid procedures and with zero customer complaints.
Team coordination:

Ensure tight collaboration with the Spare Parts supply and logistics organisation and the Fleet Quality technical team.
Other:

Take active part in developing the repair station’s processes and capabilities.
This role will include participating and assisting in other repair and maintenance related tasks and duties as needed.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Documented knowledge of EASA part 145 regulations including Airworthiness Directives.



Relevant experience in aerospace maintenance environment Part 145.
Ability to read and understand Component Maintenance Manual (CMM),
Technical Bulletins (TB) & Airworthiness Directives (AD) specifications.
Highly motivational, self directed worker
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Must be team-oriented and possess a positive attitude
Driver license type B. Forklift operation will be required.

Purpose of position
In the role of GSN Maintenance and Repair Engineer, you are part of the Global Service Network department and its Field Quality team.
The position will contribute to the company’s overall execution of its business plan by:
Ensuring updated and high-quality repair and service instructions (WCT) for the service network in the maintenance system (ECM/MMS) based on approved maintenance data and feedback from the users.
Maintaining and developing an effective process for documentation, release, and communication of instructions in the maintenance system (ECM/MMS).
Ensure an up-to-date, effective, and efficient ECM/MMS system supporting the products and services handled in the network and providing high-quality data for analysis and development.
Responsibilities
The following general duties and responsibilities apply according to Head of GSN guideline:
? Process responsible for the ECM Work Card documentation process.
(Operation, documentation, and improvement of the process.)
? Document released maintenance data as verified, effective, and efficient work practices in Work Card in ECM/MMS.
? Continually review and update Work Card instructions based on feedback and development from the Global Service Network and other sources.
? Gatekeeper for system improvements of ECM/MMS towards the system development organization (BAM) based on user feedback, products, and services development and the overall GSN strategic agenda.
o Collect development cases of importance for the network
o Ensure business cases and priorities for improvements
o Introduce them to the BAM for inclusion in the system development plan
? Super user and Tester for ECM/MMS
? Request ECM/MMS system manuals and training for the user community and actively participate in the development and implementation of these.
? Continually monitor and analyze data in the ECM/MMS system and drive initiatives to ensure continual quality and useability improvement of the data together with the Field Quality team.
? Provide data mining and analysis of data in the ECM/MMS system.
