The purpose of this position is to manage, support and develop our environment, health and safety work. You will be located at our Warehouse in Rosersberg and coordinate our long-term objectives in this important area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
You will actively collaborate with operative resources from each division to make sure that we follow applicable laws and standards. You will be an important part of creating a healthy organization, focusing on our work environment and the well-being of our employees.
EHS reporting in InSite system according to specified requirements.
Knowledge to understand how people can be affected by our warehouse processes.
Create and implement EHS standard operation procedures based on Baxter and national regulations.
Follow up on EHS related issues
Reporting of incidents and near incidents.
Performing safety checks and follow- up, reporting and administration.
Local coordination of fire exercise and updating of SAM/SBA system.
Develop and administrate EHS tasks for site Rosersberg and Kista.
Chair EHS meetings and reviews with the management team and HR manager.
Hold EHS related trainings (SOP and other)
Update and communicate EHS KPI’s
Perform risk assessments and follow ups.
Documentation and follow up on EHS/SBA related maintenance.
Confidentially regarding HR related work tasks like rehab, sick leave etc.
Provide support to EHS in the other Nordic countries.
Audits and inspections
Implement new policy’s and improve existing routines.

Working knowledge of Safety and Environment Management Systems (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001)
