If you show positive results and ambition your career options at SSP are endless!Main responsibilities:Support the delivery of the Commercial Plan for the NordicsCreate planograms/ range lists to support GP actions and ensure visibility of high margin linesAllocate correct space to subcategoriesEstablish merchandising layout and facing strategy appropriate for categoriesDrive consistency, compliance and therefore solid base of data from which to analyseIdentify trade marketing opportunities within existing and new spaceOptimize space by testing e.g. location in unit, macro-space, space density, planogram strategy, day-part optimizationProfile:To succeed in this role you need to have at least 2 years’ work experience in space management. You must to be able to drive decision-making through analysis based on evidence. Experience of delivering profit targets is preferred and experience in a retail sales environment also desirable.As a person you are analytical, commercial and data-driven with exceptional attention to details. You are self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a complex changing environment. Fluent Swedish and English in spoken and written.
