We are looking for a Refunder for a permanent full-time -position, to strengthen our Stockholm Airport Refund team. The Refund point operates from Monday to Sunday from early morning to late evening.
Your role
As a Refunder you will support the team in providing best possible customer experience while refunding VAT and controlling export of goods from Sweden at Arlanda Airport.

We are looking for a Refunder for a fixed-term call-in for work when necessary -position, to strengthen our Stockholm Airport Refund team for one year. The Refund point operates from Monday to Sunday from early morning to late evening. We are looking for someone to who can work during weekends and be called-in in case of absences. To lead and support our Refund team in Arlanda airport we are looking for a collaborative and proactive Airport Manager for a full-time and permanent employment to manage Refund & Security operations at the airport:

Your role
As Airport / Refund & Security Manager you play pivotal role in ensuring that the Refund operations and our agents work in accordance with the company guidelines, policies, and budget and also supporting in daily refund tasks at the refund office. The nature of the role is both, operational as well as strategic, meaning that the responsibilities include both, refunding tasks together with the team at the Arlanda refund office and also responsibilities including managing the Refund team, Agents and other stakeholders. In addition to these, you work closely together with the sales team in Sweden, HR, other Nordic Refund Managers and internal fraud prevention team. You report to Managing Director of Sweden.
Main duties and responsibilities
As Airport / Refund & Security Manager you will be overall responsible for:
Reviewing tax free forms for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Applying good judgement and making on spot decisions on tax refund eligibility
Controlling travellers’ export of goods
Processing cash and non-cash transactions for eligible customers
Delivering professional customer experience with various travellers
Developing good relationships to airport and customs authorities
1:1 discussions, performance evaluation discussions and other set HR responsibilities with the support from HR
Staff planning, including salary and bonus review with the support from HR
Lead, inform, control, and motivate staff in compliance with appropriate labour law and support from HR
Reporting of key figures to responsible Managing Director
Monitoring of Refund Operations and Agent performance
Implementing and following the yearly operational targets
Developing and implementing local refund strategy with the support from Managing Director
Fraud prevention and security implementation together with GB fraud prevention team
Ongoing training of the refund team members and Agent
Other office tasks
