Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:
Develop and articulate a compelling vision and strategy for the company's growth in the Cleantech sector. Lead the executive team in aligning business objectives with the overall mission and values of the organization.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's market presence. Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market positioning, and product/service development.
Innovation and Technology Leadership:
Oversee the research and development of new technologies and solutions to enhance the company's competitiveness in the Cleantech industry. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainability within the organization.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability. Make informed and strategic financial decisions that align with the company's goals and market dynamics.
Team Leadership and Development:
Build and lead a high-performance executive team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for employees, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, government agencies, and industry partners. Represent the company at industry events and forums, enhancing its visibility and reputation.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay abreast of relevant regulations and policies in the Cleantech industry, ensuring the company's operations adhere to all legal requirements.


Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role, preferably in the Cleantech or construction industry.
Strong understanding of Cleantech trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
Demonstrated success in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving financial targets.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Native speaker of Swedish and excellent proficiency in English.
Advanced degree in business or civil engineering

Creating multiple iterations of design prototypes using computer-aided design tools.
Conducting rigorous usability tests and modifying the product based on the test results.

Documenting the design process and presenting progress reports to all relevant stakeholders.

The Construction Architect is responsible for creating designs for new building and projects.


Responsibilities
The Construction Architect shall ensure that the following tasks are performed in accordance with the internal and external requirements applicable for Vixmodule AB factory in Rosersberg:

· Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
· Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s (Development Dept.) needs, building’s usage and environmental impact.
· Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
· Compile project specifications.
· Keep within budgets and timelines.
· Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
· Check on project status and report on project.
