The Chief Financial Officer shall ensure that the following tasks are performed in accordance with the internal and external requirements applicable for Vixmodule AB factory in Rosersberg:

· Ensure proper and timely accounting in accordance with the current national and international tax laws.
· Direct the overall financial plans and accounting practice.
· Manage the financial performance by developing forecasts and monitoring ongoing performance against plan. Fiduciary responsibility for the financial health of the organization.
· Lead the financial organisation in efficient, inspiring, qualitatively, and cost-effective Vixmodule open minded attitude.
· Ensure that both excellence in day-to-day service delivery and future needs.
· Provide strong, forward-looking analytical leadership.
· Demonstrate proven ability in developing models and conducting analyses that identify critical trends, support strategic decision making and create forward visibility
· Oversee the monthly variance analysis of actual operating, capital, and project spending vs. plan, forecast and prior year, including responsibility for driving cost control

Skills
The Chief Financial Officer should have the following competences and qualifications:

· Ability to build relationships with leaders to drive better business performance.
· Effectively manage Accounting and Finance professionals to achieve the desired goals
· Expert Excel skills and knowledge of financial products
· Skill in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to lead teams in building complex models
· Ability to analyse and synthesize large amounts of data in order to identify and present meaningful observations and recommendations, up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
· Minimum 5 years’ CFO experience in financial/accounting sector (planning and forecasting).
· Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team environment.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and/or planning and forecasting.
· Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience required.

Om rollen

I rollen som ekonomichef hos vår kund får du möjlighet att arbeta i en internationell koncern med lokal förankring. Du ingår i företagets ledningsgrupp och förväntas bidra och utveckla bolaget både strategiskt och operationellt. Rollen stöttar organisationen med relevanta beslutsunderlag och analyser samt har ett övergripande ansvar för ekonomiavdelningen.

Du kommer att arbeta nära den övriga organisationen vilket kräver affärsförståelse för verksamheten som omfattar försäljning och service.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

Som ekonomiansvarig hos vår kund ansvarar du för budget, redovisning, lön, bokslut och momsrapportering i Norden och Baltikum. Du ansvarar även för rapporteringen och prognoser till koncernens centrala ekonomiorganisation. Till din hjälp har du tre personer vilka du ansvarar över.



- Uppföljning och analys av månatligt resultat
- Budget- och prognos rapporter
- Momsredovisning i de länder företaget verkar
- Stötta VD med ekonomiska analyser och relevanta beslutsunderlag
- Rapportering till moderbolaget
- Planera och leda bokslutsprocessen
- Säkerställa korrekta månads-, kvartals- och årsbokslut
- Årsredovisning och skatt
- Delta i ledningsgruppsarbete
- Förbereda presentationsmaterial för ledning och styrelse
- Kontakt med myndigheter och revisorer
- Kontinuerlig utveckling av finansiella rutiner och processer




Erfarenhet & kompetenser

Vi söker dig med flerårig erfarenhet av att arbeta som redovisningschef eller ekonomichef på ett internationellt bolag och att du har erfarenhet av SAP, är ett måste. Du är van vid att arbeta affärsnära, framåtriktat och strategiskt i nära samarbete med VD i Sverige och kollegorna på huvudkontoret.

Du har ekonomisk utbildning på högskolenivå eller motsvarande. Då engelska är koncernspråk så är affärsengelska, flytande, i tal och skrift ett krav. Du behöver inte ha haft en tidigare formell ledarroll men ett genuint ledarskapsintresse samt besitta ledaregenskaper.

I denna roll kommer du att rapportera till svenska VD:n samt ha en streckad linje till CFO:n. Du kommer att ha ett nära samarbete med dem båda.

Vi lägger stor vikt på din personlighet och söker dig som snabbt kan pendla mellan operativa och strategiska arbetsuppgifter. Din ansökan och personliga brev behöver vara på engelska.
