Main tasks, but not limited to:Act as main point of contact regarding sales in order to move the business forward positively.Maintain and forge solid working relationships with key agents in order to set. long-term productive commercial relationships.Liaise regularly with all travel agents and respond promptly to their needs thereby ensuring a seamless service of commercial support.Produce an informative weekly report for the Sales Manager and H/O on all relevant issues including detail of competitor’s activities and where potential market.Ensure all key agents have effective training to understand all aspects of the product and benefits to their clients.General support as required to the Sales Manager.Required:Excellent understanding of all aspects of the airline industry including routings, current airline policies and a broad grasp of the economic and political effects on the business.Excellent understanding of the principles of sales.Effective negotiating skills.Effective presentation skills.Computer literate including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Good telephone manner and excellent customer service.Fluent in English and Swedish, ability to speak/read Mandarin an advantage.
